• the use of advertising identifiers;
• certain cookies or similar technologies; and
• related data Processing.

Choosing not to consent to certain advertising-related Processing may affect the availability or personalization of advertisements but does not necessarily mean that you will stop seeing advertisements. Depending on the implementation, you may continue to receive contextual or non-personalized advertising.

4. Analytics and Measurement

Where applicable, analytics and measurement technologies may be used to understand:

• how websites or applications are used;
• advertising performance;
• interactions with advertisements;
• technical performance; and
• the effectiveness of the Services.

Where consent is required, you may choose whether to allow applicable analytics or measurement technologies.

TapMind or its customers and partners may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, tags, local storage, device identifiers, and similar technologies depending on the applicable Service.

These technologies may be used for purposes such as:

• advertising;

• measurement;

• fraud prevention.

Your available controls may depend on the technology, website, application, and applicable law.

6. Your Choices

Reject All / Decline Optional Processing

Decline applicable optional Processing where this choice is legally available.

Manage Preferences

Change or Withdraw Consent

Where consent is the legal basis for Processing, you may withdraw or change your consent through the applicable preference mechanism.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect Processing that occurred before withdrawal where that Processing was lawful.

For websites, you may be able to change your preferences through the applicable privacy or consent-management interface. For mobile applications or games using a TapMind SDK, changing or resetting consent may instead require using the application's settings, privacy center, or another mechanism provided by the publisher or application operator.

7. Privacy Preference Signals

Depending on your location and the applicable Service, TapMind may recognize privacy preference signals or other legally recognized opt-out mechanisms.

For California residents, this may include the Global Privacy Control (GPC) where required by law and technically supported.

Where applicable, a recognized opt-out preference signal may be treated as a request to opt out of certain Processing in accordance with applicable law.

8. Consent Signals and Advertising Partners

TapMind may receive, process, transmit, or otherwise use consent signals or consent strings provided by publishers, customers, consent-management platforms, or other authorized parties where supported by the applicable Service.

Where applicable, these signals may be used to communicate a user's privacy choices to advertising and technology partners participating in the relevant advertising transaction.

Advertising and technology partners may also have their own privacy and consent requirements.

A consent choice made through one website, application, publisher, or third-party service may not automatically apply to every other website, application, service, or environment.

9. Changing Your Preferences

Where a preference-management tool is available, you can revisit and change your choices through:

Your updated preferences will be applied according to the capabilities of the relevant technology and applicable law.

For mobile applications or games, preference changes may instead be available through the application's settings or privacy center, depending on how the publisher or application operator has implemented the TapMind SDK.

Some changes may require you to refresh a webpage, restart an application, clear certain identifiers, or take another technical action before they become effective.

Where TapMind transmits consent or privacy signals to downstream advertising partners, the timing with which a changed preference is reflected by those partners may depend on the applicable technical integration.

10. Consent Does Not Override Other Privacy Rights

Managing consent preferences does not replace other privacy rights that may be available to you under applicable law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights such as:

• access or know;
• deletion;
• correction;
• objection;
• restriction;
• portability;
• withdrawal of consent;
• opting out of certain Processing; or
• other rights provided by applicable law.

11. Third-Party Technologies

TapMind Services may interact with technologies operated by third parties, including advertising, measurement, analytics, infrastructure, and other service providers.

Those third parties may independently Process Personal Data under their own privacy notices, terms, consent mechanisms, and legal obligations.

A preference managed through TapMind may therefore not control Processing performed independently by a third party.

12. Children

TapMind does not knowingly seek consent from children in circumstances where applicable law prohibits such collection or Processing without appropriate authorization.

Where special consent requirements apply to children or minors, TapMind will comply with applicable legal requirements.
