Opt Out

TapMind respects your privacy choices and provides mechanisms to exercise applicable rights to opt out of certain Processing of Personal Information.

The options available to you depend on your location, the applicable law, the Service you are using, and TapMind's role in the relevant data flow.

1. What Does Opting Out Mean?

An opt-out allows you to refuse certain Processing activities where applicable law gives you that right.

Depending on your jurisdiction and the applicable Service, this may include the right to opt out of:

• the sale of Personal Information;
• the sharing of Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising;
• certain targeted or interest-based advertising activities; or
• other Processing for which applicable law provides an opt-out right.

An opt-out does not necessarily mean that you will stop seeing advertisements. You may continue to receive contextual, non-personalized, or otherwise permitted advertising.

2. California Opt-Out Rights

Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents may have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information.

The CCPA/CPRA defines these terms specifically, and participation in programmatic advertising does not by itself determine whether a particular TapMind data flow constitutes a sale or sharing.

Where TapMind's activities constitute a sale or sharing under applicable California law, TapMind will provide the applicable opt-out mechanism.

3. Targeted and Interest-Based Advertising

TapMind may participate in advertising and monetization activities involving publishers, advertisers, demand partners, supply partners, DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, marketplaces, and other advertising technology providers.

Depending on the applicable jurisdiction and Service, you may have the right to opt out of certain targeted, interest-based, or cross-context behavioral advertising activities.

Opting out may reduce the personalization of advertising but does not necessarily prevent advertising from being displayed.

4. Global Privacy Control and Other Preference Signals

Where required by applicable law, TapMind will recognize valid privacy preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), where technically supported.

Where applicable, a recognized signal may operate as an opt-out request for sale, sharing, or other Processing covered by the relevant law.

Where required, TapMind will provide a clear and accessible mechanism for exercising applicable opt-out rights.

6. Opting Out Does Not Delete Your Information

An opt-out generally does not constitute a request to delete your Personal Information.

If you want TapMind to delete Personal Information that it maintains about you, where you have a legally applicable deletion right, you should submit a separate Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) or deletion request.

7. Opting Out Does Not Withdraw All Consent

An opt-out may apply only to the Processing covered by the applicable opt-out right.

It does not necessarily withdraw all consent previously provided or prevent Processing that:

• is necessary to provide a requested Service;
• is required for security or fraud prevention;
• is necessary to comply with law;
• is otherwise permitted without consent; or
• is governed by a different legal basis.

8. Third-Party Processing

TapMind Services may involve third-party advertising, measurement, analytics, infrastructure, and other technology providers.

Some third parties may independently Process Personal Information under their own privacy notices, contractual arrangements, and legal obligations.

An opt-out submitted to TapMind may therefore not automatically control independent Processing performed by a third party.

Where applicable, you may need to exercise privacy choices directly with the relevant third party.

9. Mobile Applications and SDKs

Where TapMind technology is incorporated into a mobile application or game, available privacy controls may be provided through the application or its publisher.

Depending on the implementation, opting out or changing privacy preferences may require you to use:

• the application's privacy settings;
• an in-app privacy center;
• the publisher's privacy controls; or
• another mechanism made available by the application operator.

The availability and effect of these controls may vary by application and jurisdiction.

10. Effect of an Opt-Out

After receiving a valid opt-out request, TapMind will apply the request to the Processing covered by that request, subject to applicable law and technical limitations.

Where data or privacy signals are transmitted to downstream advertising partners, the timing and scope of enforcement may depend on the relevant technical integration.

An opt-out may also affect the availability or personalization of certain advertising or Service features.

11. Verification

TapMind may take reasonable steps to verify an opt-out request where verification is permitted or required by applicable law.

Where a privacy preference signal is recognized as a valid opt-out signal under applicable law, TapMind will process the signal in accordance with the requirements applicable to that signal.

12. Non-Discrimination

TapMind will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right available under applicable law.

This does not prevent TapMind from providing different functionality or advertising experiences where such difference is reasonably related to the privacy choice and permitted by law.

13. Children

TapMind does not knowingly Process children's Personal Information in circumstances where such Processing is prohibited by applicable law.

Where applicable law establishes additional opt-out, consent, or parental rights for children or minors, TapMind will comply with those requirements.

14. Changes to this Notice

TapMind may update this Opt-Out Notice to reflect changes in:

• applicable privacy laws;
• TapMind's Services;
• advertising and technology practices;
• opt-out mechanisms; or
• regulatory requirements.

The updated Notice will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.
